Order execution rules:

To start the execution of the order, it is necessary to:

• Place a correct order with a completed delivery form (providing a full address along with the house/apartment number).
• Specify the payment method.
• Accept the regulations and terms of cooperation.

Shipments:

• Cash on delivery parcels are processed immediately.
• We put your contact number on each waybill, so the courier can contact you at any time to discuss the details of the parcel delivery.
• After sending the parcel, the customer receives appropriate notifications via SMS allowing to track the parcel. The notification also includes an approximate delivery time and the amount of any possible cash on delivery.
• A pre-notification is automatically sent to the e-mail address - the message contains all current information about the parcel.
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Orders placed by 13:00 on working days from Monday to Friday and paid for via quick payments or cash on delivery are shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 13:00 and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are shipped the next working day.
• Prepaid parcels are processed only after the payment has been credited or after receiving an email confirmation of the transfer made.
• Courier companies do not deliver parcels on weekends and holidays.

Orders placed through the e-shop are accepted 24/7

• Orders can also be placed by e-mail and by phone.

Fees:

• Fees for preparing goods, packaging and courier service are included in the transport costs.

Shipments are carried out via InPost, DPD and DHL current price list (gross):

• InPost Paczkomat: 12.30 PLN
• InPost courier: 12.30 PLN
• DPD courier: 15.99 PLN
• DPD courier cash on delivery: 17.99 PLN
• DHL Courier prepayment: 15.99 PLN
• DHL Courier cash on delivery: 18.99 PLN
• International shipment (outside Poland): 73.80 PLN or 98.40 PLN depending on the destination. Details in the order basket after entering the postal code.

Free shipping:

• For orders over 60 PLN gross, InPost parcel locker is free.
• For orders over 300 PLN gross, courier shipments within Poland are free.

Tracking the package:

• Our customers receive tracking numbers in email messages allowing to track the package.
• The customer can also track the stages of order execution in the customer panel.
• Domestic shipments are usually delivered the next working day
• International shipments (outside Poland) depending on the destination are delivered within 2-4 working days.
