1a. Brake Line Components – Rigid Lines

This category includes installation components designed for the fabrication and servicing of rigid brake lines used in passenger cars, vans and utility vehicles. The range consists of OE-compatible elements that ensure correct connections and maintain full sealing of the braking system.

Product Range

• Brake line fittings
  Threads: M10x1, M10x1.25, M12x1 and other standards used in European and Asian braking systems. Available in steel, brass and stainless steel (INOX), suitable for 4.75 mm, 4.8 mm and 3/16" tubing.

• Brake line connectors
  Straight, angled and reducing connectors for safe joining of copper and PVF-coated steel brake pipes.

• Brake line tees and four-way blocks
  OE-threaded distribution blocks, available with or without mounting tabs, used for central and axle brake line junctions.

• Tubing for flaring
  Soft copper Cu pipes and PVF-coated steel brake pipes compliant with DIN standards, suitable for new installations and repair work.

• Flaring tools
  Tools for creating SF/DF flares (DIN and SAE), enabling correct preparation of rigid brake line ends.

• Bleeder screws
  Sizes M7, M8, M10, M12 – short and long versions with optional protective caps, used in brake calipers and wheel cylinders.

• Starter kits for rigid brake lines
  Complete sets of materials required to build or restore an entire brake line installation.
