Our sets of rigid steel brake lines in heat-shrinkable sheath from the ZPHS series are made of high-quality steel tubes of class ZISTA-07, compliant with the standard PN-EN 10305-1:2016-05 and its newer versions.

Technical parameters:

• Outer diameter of the tube: 4.75 mm
• Wall thickness: 0.71 mm
• Precision, seamless tubes with double wall.

Corrosion protection:

• Galvanized tubes, externally painted with PVF coating and copper-coated internally,
• Additionally, each line is equipped with a protective heat-shrinkable sheath, which protects the tube from scratches during installation and improves its anti-corrosion properties for the future.

Strength:

• Rigid steel brake lines can operate at working pressures up to 350 bar, and an additional safety factor x3.9 means that the bursting pressure exceeds 1250 bar. For comparison, in a typical brake system, the maximum pressure reaches around 100 bar.

Installation:

• The tube stiffens during profiling, so care should be taken during processing to avoid the need for corrections.

• Also available are versions ZPHS/M - ZPHS/I made on fittings of brass or stainless steel.

Installation and profiling:

• The lines are delivered in coils, properly protected during transport. Before installation, they require profiling. A bender can be used for this purpose, but a skilled mechanic can also handle it without specialized tools.
• The product is intended for professional use. Service activities should be performed only by a qualified specialist.
