A manual tool for single and double crimping, allowing for the execution of two types of crimps:

SF mushroom - for European cars

DF cone - for Asian and American cars

The crimping tool has a very strong construction and a large adjustable crimping die, which can be tightened, for example, with a ratchet, enabling crimping on old steel tubes directly on the car without the need for removal. Its compact size allows for crimping in hard-to-reach areas.

With this tool, you can perform basic types of rigid brake line crimps. The innovative design involves the crimping process by tightening the crimping die in the form of a screw, allowing for crimping on copper, aluminum, copper-nickel, and steel tubes. With this tool, you can also crimp on an existing line directly under the car without the need to remove the entire line.

Recommendations:

Before crimping, the tube should be cut with a tube cutter to ensure a flat cutting surface.

It is recommended to operate the crimping tool with a socket wrench in hard-to-reach areas. A 6mm steel rod can be inserted through the hole in the crimping die for tightening.

The crimping die end should be coated with the included lubricating grease each time.
