The end is designed for making connections in rigid brake lines. It fits tubes with a diameter of 4.75–4.8 mm (3/16") and systems using a cone type SF or DF, depending on the method of finishing the end.
The element is made of high-grade, automatic carbon steel, coated with a zinc layer to increase corrosion resistance. This ensures stable operation in conditions typical for brake systems – varying temperatures, vibrations, and high pressure.
