Volkswagen CRAFTER 1 Set of rigid copper brake lines - rear axle

The set includes:

• Central rear right, No. 12
• Central rear left, No. 13

Due to at least three different wheelbase versions in this model, resulting in significant differences in the lengths of the brake lines, it is advisable to measure the existing lines installed in the vehicle.

Performing preliminary measurements of the tube lengths will allow us to precisely match the appropriate version, thereby reducing the risk that the provided set will not fit the specific vehicle's dimensions.

The rigid lines are made based on seamless copper tube CuDHP R200 according to PN-EN 12449.

Dimensions:

• Outer diameter: 4.80mm
• Wall thickness: 0.90mm

The maximum allowable working pressure is up to 220 bar, with a safety factor of x3.5.

The lines are ready for installation, with proper tube fittings, the correct end fittings in the appropriate size and thread type, and the right length. Each line in the set is marked with its location to facilitate installation.

For technical reasons, the lines are shipped coiled in circles.

The lines require shaping during installation.

The R200 tube hardness means that despite its high pressure resistance, it remains pliable enough to make installation relatively straightforward, with the lines being formable using a simple bender or even by hand for experienced mechanics.
